2. Firearm Purchases & Transfers

You are responsible for ensuring your receiving FFL is valid and accepts transfers.

All firearm sales are final. Returns cannot be accepted after transfer is completed.

If your background check is denied or you fail to complete the transfer, shipping and restocking fees may apply.
